I think you'd have to try harder than that I'm afraid - even without voiceboxes I have no doubt they'd all shout louder. And I resent the comments on innocence and duress, I couldn't have dreamed of such a family when I was a kid - it would have been amazing.
if they couldn't yell they'd just start using props to get their points across. god help us. we know damon. that's exactly why they've worked so hard to build it into what it is today.
